It is normal to feel nervous before an important interview, but with the right preparation and mindset you can minimize such pre-interview jitters. It would be preposterous to even think of going for the interview without doing some form of research on the company that you hope to be working for! You never know what question will be asked but you need to display a genuine interest for the organization. Be prepared because obviously, interviewers will favor those who come prepared.

To be a part of an organization, it helps if you learn about its culture, the goals and mission and how it is formed. If you listen well during the interview, you can find out exactly what they are looking for, by the types of questions they ask. If they value team players, then brainstorm all the times when you have clearly exhibited this trait and share it with them.
